Hello there!
Welcome to my blog. My name is Chuck McLaughlin and if you are wondering why on earth a private investigative agency aspires to publish an active, vibrant and thriving blog, in this first post I intend to answer that.
Before proceeding further I’d like to assuage any apprehensions you may have regarding our blogging. On this blog, through this blog, I will NEVER divulge the confidential details of our esteemed and valued clients. If you are our client I will never jeopardize your position by openly discussing your case here. I will only be sharing information regarding various investigative services we provide and what are the generic procedures, and sometimes, what are the latest developments and trends taking place in the field of professional investigation.
Now back to why this blog…
In these times of global conversations your organization can no longer afford to remain a faceless entity waiting for business, triggered by intermittent bouts of advertising and Internet traffic bursts. Social media communication tools like blogging, Twitter and FaceBook have enabled people to communicate to each other in real time, en masse, and without intermediaries. They expect – perfectly naturally – the same level of communication even from companies and organizations they do business with, or plan to do business with.
Being a company that prefers to move in the realms of the contemporary while focusing on the future, we would like to set up a communication channel where we can communicate to our clients – past, present and future clients – and they too can communicate to us. Professional investigation is based on trust, accountability, experience, in-depth knowledge of the human psyche, comfort with technology and a relationship with reality. Much is at stake when our clients put their trust in our hands and through this blog my constant endeavor will be to portray ourselves as a supremely competent company. I will be discussing in detail the procedures that we normally follow and how our clients can easily rely upon us. I will also welcome your open participation through our comments section.
I’ll wrap up this blog post in great anticipation of rewarding interactions with our reader, you. Please feel free to share your thoughts, and who knows, maybe your active participation will decide what rout this new blog takes. Until next time.
